Full Service Centers
The East Central Workforce Area has three full service One Stop centers located in Shawnee, Seminole, and Holdenville. Staff from different partner agencies work together as a team to provide the most comprehensive and efficient workforce development system possible. Our full service centers are user friendly facilities which provide job seekers, training seekers, and employers access to a variety of employment and training services located all under one roof for your convenience.
One Stop Centers provide all customers one single point of contact in their area to meet their workforce needs. Various partner agencies work together to successfully provide the best service. We offer a wide range of services, from full service to self service in order to meet the needs of all customers. In addition, our full service One Stop Centers provide Adult Education services, as well as comprehensive employment and training services to the community.

Access Sites
One of the East Central Workforce Investment Board’s goals is to make services available to as many people as possible in their two labor market areas. Toward that end, the Board incorporated the creation of Access Sites throughout the five county area when they prepared the Memorandum of Understanding.
